The IK Product Manager said that all 9 MODO Drum sounds were installed after I started playing with the standalone program for a little bit, so it might also just need some time to refresh. You may need to simply point MODO Drum back to your sound content folder once you open it. You do not need to redownload these files. However, as soon as you update MODO Drum, you might notice that your "Installed Sound" number goes back down to 0 (or the drum kits no longer have the green check mark) once you refresh the page. Those 9 installed sounds are the files for MODO Drum. Note: at this point, the IK Product Manager should tell you that you have 13 installed software products and 9 installed sounds. The IK Product Manager should open at the very end of this process. 3 (and sound content, for MODO Drum) folders located, as well. Each program will allow you to choose where you want your A.A.X./V.S.T./V.S.T.

I'm making this unofficial guide with the intention of assisting users in installing the behemoth that is Total Studio 3.5 MAX with as little headache as possible while answering as many questions as I can.
